Terms and Conditions: Peter’s Chocolate Shoppe

1. General Agreement

By purchasing from Peter’s Chocolate Shoppe, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify our prices, products, and these terms at our discretion.

2. Custom & Event Orders

Deposits: For custom orders (weddings, corporate gifts, or large events), a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and begin production.

Final Payment: Full payment must be received before the order is released for pickup or delivery.

Cancellations: Because custom orders involve specific ingredients and labor, deposits are non-refundable. Once production has begun, the full balance may be due regardless of cancellation.

3. Allergen Notice

Please Note: Our chocolates are handcrafted in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While we follow strict cleaning protocols, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free of trace allergens.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), the risk of loss or transit-related damage passes to the customer.

5. No Returns or Refunds

In compliance with Pennsylvania food safety standards, all sales are final. Because chocolate is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. If there is an error with your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can address your concerns.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Butler County, PA.
